ด้วยสถานเอกอัครราชทูตโรมาเนียประจำประเทศไทยได้มีหนังสือแจ้งว่า มหาวิทยาลัย National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest ประกาศรับสมัครนักศึกษาจากประเทศ ในสหภาพยุโรป (EU Countries) และจากประเทศนอกสหภาพยุโรป (Non-EU Countries) เพื่อเข้าศึกษาต่อ ในระดับปริญญาตรีและระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา ครอบคลุมสาขาวิชาที่หลากหลาย อาทิ วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ วิทยาศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์และมนุษศาสตร์ และกฎหมาย จำนวนรวมกว่า ๔๐๐ หลักสูตร 
ผู้สมัครจากประเทศนอกสหภาพยุโรปจะต้องมีคุณวุฒิการศึกษา ที่สอดคล้องกับระดับและหลักสูตรที่ประสงค์สมัคร และยื่นใบสมัครผ่านระบบออนไลน์พร้อมเอกสารประกอบที่รับรองความถูกต้องและแปลเป็นภาษาที่มหาวิทยาลัยกำหนด ภายหลังได้รับการตอบรับเข้าศึกษา ผู้สมัครจะต้อง ดำเนินการขอวีซ่านักเรียนประเภทพำนักระยะยาว โดยจัดเตรียมหลักฐานที่พักและหลักฐานแสดงฐานะทาง การเงินไม่น้อยกว่า ๕,๐๐๐ ยูโร รวมทั้งจัดทำประกันสุขภาพก่อนเดินทางและชำระค่าธรรมเนียมการศึกษาตามที่ กำหนดเพื่อยืนยันสิทธิ์การเข้าเรียน ทั้งนี้ ผู้สนใจสามารถศึกษารายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับหลักเกณฑ์และขั้นตอนการสมัครได้ที่เว็บไซต์ https://www.international.upb.ro/education/support-international-students/international-information-center หรือสอบถามข้อมูลทางไปรษณีย์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ international@upb.ro หรือ internationalstudents@upb.ro โดยสมัครผ่านระบบออนไลน์ได้ที่เว็บไซต์ https://apply.upb.ro ตั้งแต่บัดนี้จนถึงวันที่ ๓๑ กรกฎาคม ๒๕๖๙

The Embassy of Romania in Thailand has informed that the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest is now accepting applications from students from European Union (EU) countries and Non-EU countries for undergraduate and graduate degree programs. The university offers more than 400 programs across a wide range of fields, including engineering, sciences, social sciences and humanities, and law.

Applicants from Non-EU countries must possess educational qualifications relevant to the level and program for which they are applying. Applications must be submitted through the online system, together with certified supporting documents translated into the language required by the university.

After receiving an offer of admission, applicants must apply for a long-stay student visa. They are required to provide proof of accommodation and financial means of at least 5,000 EUR, obtain health insurance prior to travel, and pay the required tuition fees to confirm their enrollment.
