The International Relations Office, in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, Thaksin University, held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).
On 17 November 2025, International Relations Office, Thaksin University, led by Dr. Khwanchit Suwannoppharat, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, participated in the ceremony marking the collaboration between the Faculty of Law, Thaksin University, and the Faculty of Law, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. The MoU was signed by Assistant Professor Dr. Krisda Apinawathawornkul, Dean of the Faculty of Law, Thaksin University and Prof. Dr. Rasyikah Md. Khalid, Dean of Law, from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).
The agreement will facilitate student and faculty exchanges, joint research projects, and academic cooperation, laying the foundation for continued development and collaboration between the two universities.

วันที่ 17 พฤศจิกายน 2568 งานวิเทศสัมพันธ์ นำโดย Dr. Khwanchit Suwannoppharat ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์ มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ เข้าร่วมพิธีลงนามความร่วมมือระหว่าง คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ และ คณะนิติศาสตร์ Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กฤษฎา อภินวถาวรกุล คณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ และProf. Dr. Rasyikah Md. Khalid คณบดีคณะนิติศาสตร์ (Dean of Law) จาก Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) สหพันธรัฐมาเลเซีย เป็นผู้ลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ 
ความร่วมมือที่เกิดขึ้นในวันนี้ไม่เพียงเป็นการลงนามในเอกสาร แต่ยังเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการแลกเปลี่ยนนักศึกษา การทำวิจัยร่วม ตลอดจนการสร้างเครือข่ายทางวิชาการระหว่างสองมหาวิทยาลัย ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาทางวิชาการที่เข้มแข็งและยั่งยืนในอนาคต
