On June 10, 2025, the International Relations Office, Thaksin University hosted the International Staff Meeting, bringing together international university lecturers and staff from various countries. 
The meeting was officially opened by Associate Professor Dr. Samak Kaewsuksaeng, Vice President for Research and Innovation, including a discussion on research funding opportunities. Following this, Asst. Prof. Noppadon Sukrakanchana, Vice President for Administration and the University Council Affairs, led a session focusing on work procedures and academic performance.
Dr. Khwanchit Suwannoppharat, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, delivered a presentation on “TSU International lecturers Career Path”, providing insights into professional growth and long-term engagement for international staff. The event concluded with a meaningful discussion on “Work-Life Balance among TSU Staff,” encouraging the exchange of experiences and ideas to enhance workplace well-being and support.
The event aimed to encourage open communication, strengthen collaboration, and build a better understanding of academic and professional development among international staff at Thaksin University. It also provided a space for sharing experiences, asking questions, and connecting with colleagues from different backgrounds.
วันที่ 10 มิถุนายน 2568 งานวิเทศสัมพันธ์ มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ จัดโครงการ International Staff Meeting  ภายในงานมีบุคลากรชาวต่างชาติจากหลากหลายประเทศเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม 
โดยมี รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สมัคร แก้วสุกแสง  รองอธิการบดี ฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม กล่าวต้อนรับ และเปิดโครงการฯ  อาจารย์ ดร.ขวัญจิตต์ สุวรรณนพรัตน์ ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์ มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ บรรยาย ในหัวข้อ TSU International lecturers Career Path พร้อมด้วยการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในหัวข้อ Work-Life Balance among TSU Staff และการตอบข้อซักถามในประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงานและการทำผลงานวิชาการ รวมถึงการสนับสนุนงบประมาณสำหรับการทำวิจัย โดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์นพดล ศุกระกาญจน์ รองอธิการบดี ฝ่ายบริหารและกิจการสภามหาวิทยาลัย
กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการทำงานและการพัฒนาด้านวิชาการของบุคลากรต่างชาติในมหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ อีกทั้งยังเป็นพื้นที่ให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ พูดคุยข้อสงสัย และสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงานจากหลากหลายประเทศ
